Non Returnable Orders : Please note that not all products are returnable. The return policy does not cover the following types of orders:

1. Commerce Accounts : Wholesale purchases, custom orders, special production items, private label orders, and made to order products are final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed.
2. General Discounts : High volume purchases that receive wholesale pricing, bulk discounts, special discounts, or trade pricing are considered wholesale purchases. Sales of these orders are final and are excluded from the return policy.
3. Custom Items : Customized products, personalized items, special designs, custom packaging, custom labels, and products made according to customer requirements are not eligible for return or refund.
4. Final Sale Items : Clearance items, discounted bulk lots, promotional items, and final sale products cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items : If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Customers may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. If the issue is confirmed, Tambakhu.com may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or other suitable solution depending on the situation.

Return Shipping : Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Tambakhu.com. Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, handling fees, and delivery charges are non refundable unless required by law or confirmed otherwise by Tambakhu.com.

Refund Process : Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or another agreed method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
