Courier Service : Best for small to medium orders that need fast door to door delivery. We may ship through DHL, UPS, DPD, FedEx, Aramex, or other available international carriers.

Air Cargo : Best for larger wholesale orders when faster delivery is needed. Air cargo may require airport pickup and customs clearance depending on the destination country.

Sea Cargo : Best for large, heavy, or bulky wholesale orders when lower shipping cost is more important than fast delivery. Sea cargo usually takes longer than courier or air cargo.

The table below shows estimated shipping times for international orders. Delivery time may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, holidays, courier service, weather, and other delays beyond our control.

Wholesale Orders : For wholesale handmade products, we recommend placing orders early, especially before holiday seasons. Handmade products may require extra time for production, quality checking, packing, and shipping.

For bulk or custom orders, customers should confirm production time, pricing, payment terms, packaging, and shipping details before final order approval.

Delivery Time : Delivery time depends on product availability, production time, shipping method, destination country, customs clearance, courier service, holidays, weather, and other delays beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges : Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, actual weight, volumetric weight, package size, shipping method, and carrier rates. Large but lightweight packages may be charged by volumetric weight instead of actual weight.

Duties and Taxes : International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, clearance charges, storage fees, and any other charges required by their country.

Tambakhu.com is not responsible for customs delays, rejected shipments, import restrictions, or extra charges applied by customs authorities.

Customer Shipping Company : Customers may use their own shipping company, courier account, cargo agent, or freight forwarder. In this case, the customer or their agent is responsible for pickup, shipping cost, insurance, customs clearance, and delivery.

Self Pickup : Self pickup is available by appointment. Once the order is collected by the customer or their authorized agent, the responsibility for transit and delivery passes to the customer.

Insurance : Shipping insurance may be available depending on the shipping method and carrier. Customers who require insurance should request it before shipment. If insurance is not requested or not available, Tambakhu.com is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or non delivery during transit.

Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Orders : If an order arrives damaged, delayed, missing, or incomplete, customers should contact us as soon as possible with the order number, tracking number, photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and assist where possible with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Errors : If Tambakhu.com ships the wrong product or makes a packing error, customers should contact us with clear photos and order details. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution.

Prohibited or Restricted Items : Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. Customers are responsible for checking local import rules before placing an order. Tambakhu.com is not responsible if a shipment is delayed, returned, seized, rejected, destroyed, or charged extra fees due to local import restrictions.

Returns : Returns are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy. Wholesale orders, custom items, bulk discount purchases, special production items, clearance items, and final sale products are not returnable unless there is an error confirmed by Tambakhu.com.

Sustainable Packaging : Tambakhu.com supports responsible packaging whenever possible. We may use recycled cardboard boxes, reused cartons, paper filling, old newspapers, and other protective materials to reduce waste while keeping products safe during shipping.
